Visiting the Crater again was such a treat! It's such a diverse & beautiful place. We saw & heard 2 jackals bravely chasing a cheetah out of their territory, a pride of lions cross the road surrounded by 20 trucks, a hyena taking a mud bath on the road & ate lunch in the truck to avoid being dive-bombed by shrikes. We left the crater & made our way across the Ngorongoro Conservation Area to our camp in Lake Masek. As we got closer to camp, we saw a lioness & her two cubs. Finally after driving for what seemed like forever, we arrived at our camp which was one the best camps I've ever stayed in! Fancy! Check out our videos - #203 & #204 in the gallery!
